Hi there! I’m an Odessa, Ukraine-born Libra. I’m a cat person. And a dog person. I like to read several books at once. Writing is one of the few things that while I’m doing it, I don’t feel like I should be doing something else. I’m convinced that learning to love unconditionally is the only way to live happily and is the only non-fleeting goal to attain in life. I get mad when I sense BS and will confront it, I hope you do the same if you sense it in me.

I love San Francisco. A whole day spent in Dolores Park doing anything or nothing, is a day well spent. I’m a self-proclaimed foodie and cheese gives me inexplicable satisfaction. I’m addicted to coffee, buying earrings, and baby-talking to other peoples’ dogs in the street.

I write as much as I can, which is not that much, but I’m working on it. Apparently “a writer writes,” so I need to get on that. I don’t know who first said that, but it’s brilliant. My favoriate writer is Anton Chekhov, who also happens to be my best imaginary friend.

I sometimes wonder at what point do we stop growing and start aging. I’m pretty sure it’s the point when we stop being curious and open-minded, when we decide we know everything we ought to know.
